The IT Service of the University Computer Center is the central point of contact for all matters relating to the Services offered by the URZ. Your fault reports and inquiries are processed directly by our IT service staff. If a problem cannot be solved immediately, a ticket will be created in our URZ Service Desk and experts in the URZ will deal with the problem as quickly as possible. Extensive online help (Wiki) contain information and instructions on the services of the University Computer Center.
