The Database Information System (DBIS) offers centralized access to academic databases in all subject areas. It enables targeted searches for specialist topics, database types or titles and shows which content is freely available or can be used via a campus license. In addition to bibliographic databases, you will also find full-text databases, reference works, newspaper archives and statistical collections. Convenient search and filter functions allow students, researchers and lecturers to keep track of the multitude of relevant information resources and select the databases that are most suitable for their studies, research or teaching. Many subject databases evaluate academic journals and mainly list journal articles. A search in the subject databases allows a location-independent search for quality-checked publications.
