MFPs (multi-function printers) for printing, scanning and copying are provided at many locations at the University of Jena. The devices are used in publicly accessible and non-public areas. The publicly accessible MFPs are equipped with a card terminal so that they can be operated using the Campus Card thoska. A valid thoska, which can be applied for at the thoska office, is required to use this service. Costs are incurred for copies and prints according to the number of pages.
For non-commercial private use and in the context of teaching, learning and research, it is generally permitted to copy or scan from all of the library's holdings. Please observe the copyright regulations and the protection of existing collections.
You can use the MFP independently for smaller printouts. However, for professional print jobs such as final papers, flyers or banners, you can use the Printing service book.
