Description

The AI chatbot HAWKI is a didactic interface for employees with a university account based on OpenAI (ChatGPT-4 Turbo). The tool offers a pure text-based interface and predefined wizards/prompts. HAWKI was developed to give employees the opportunity to integrate artificial intelligence into their work processes and to have a meeting space so that new ways of working can possibly emerge and an internal university discussion about the use of A.I. can arise. This offer also aims to provide didactic support in developing an understanding of how such a language model works and therefore also provides information on well-functioning prompts (text input) in the various areas.

The IT service supports not the following use cases:

  • Direct use of the OpenAI API
  • Generation of images, audio files, videos or other files
  • Upload files for further analysis

Each user has a usage quota of 100,000 tokens per month. The number of tokens consumed by an entry is displayed below the entry field. The tokens are only deducted once the request has been sent by the user.
