Lecturers and employees who organize an event at the university

Indico is an open source tool developed by CERN. It supports the management of a conference over the entire cycle from registration, submission and review of contributions to the administration of participants.

Indico is used by faculties, central institutions and research associations for the organization of meetings, conferences, workshops, working meetings and much more and contains the following functions:

• Publication of calls and submission of abstracts
• Review of abstracts
• Program compilation and publication on an event website
• Participant registration and administration of participants
• Registration for program items
• Short evaluations
