The cooperative impulse projects are a central funding format of the eTeach network Thuringia to strengthen cross-university cooperation. The focus is on interdisciplinary cooperation between universities and the transferability of the concepts developed to other departments or institutions.
Funding is available for either half-year or full-year projects that are carried out in partnership by at least two Thuringian universities. The aim is to further develop digital teaching and learning formats in a skills-oriented manner, implement new tools or test experimental teaching ideas. Media materials can also be created or concepts for hybrid, virtual or digital settings can be developed.
Lecturers at Thuringian universities with teaching duties are eligible to apply
Funds can be applied for per project for personnel (up to one position per university for six-month projects and half a position for year-round projects) and material resources. The selection is made by an award committee on the basis of transparent funding criteria.
The following deadlines must be observed:
July 1: Applicants first submit an expression of interest with a rough concept to the eTeach contact point.
September 1: Submission of the final application to the eTeach contact point.
The eTeach contact point then takes over the internal university coordination processes and obtains the approval of the university management. The formal application is then submitted by the eTeach contact point. The approval of the university management is required for funding. This is obtained by the contact point.
