The Data Literacy Jena (DaLiJe) program offers qualification opportunities in the field of data and digital skills for students from all departments at the University of Jena.
Access to the service
Registration for the individual qualification courses is usually possible via Friedolin. The modalities for registering for the levels of the certificate program are explained on the program website.

Description
Data is becoming increasingly important in our society. Therefore, the ability to handle data in a planned manner, to use it consciously in the respective context and to question it critically are important qualifications. This applies not only to studies and science, but also to the world of work and general social participation. The courses offered by Data Literacy Jena are designed to enable students from all faculties to expand their skills in dealing with data during their studies. Various offers are available for this purpose, which can be used according to your own previous knowledge, thematic interests and time possibilities. The courses include
- Hands-on sessions (90-min tutorials)
- Workshops (one to several days)
- Certificate program (multi-level)
- ASQ module (5 LP)

The courses can be booked individually by all students.
