The service portal (ticket system) is a central point of contact for accessing university services such as printing services, technology loans or other services. Some institutes, departments and central facilities of the university have their own areas in the ServiceDesk where you can submit your request (ticket) directly to the person responsible and receive help quickly and easily. Use the direct search to find suitable help materials in the wiki or associated request forms, or select a suitable area in the service portal (e.g. a faculty or central institution). Please note that most request forms are restricted and can only be used after logging in with the URZ login.
Many university facilities process your inquiries at the ServiceDesk, e.g.
