The Moodle platform Virtual Campus Thuringia (VCT), managed by the IT Center of the Thuringian Universities (HS-ITZ), is a central platform for digital learning and teaching in Thuringia. It connects universities, teachers and students and offers a wide range of digital resources and tools to make higher education up-to-date.
The establishment of the VCT marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation of Thuringia's higher education landscape. The VCT is more than a learning management system - it serves as a central initiative of the IT Center of the Thuringian Universities (HS-ITZ) to provide public, cooperative and cross-university online courses. The VCT is also suitable for self-study courses or other offerings.
