Description

The handling of research software includes the use of tools often used in science such as Docker, Gephi, git, LaTeX, OpenRefine or the Unix shell, as well as the in-house development of software with e.g. Julia, Python, R or the use of libraries such as NumPy, Matplotlib or standards such as SQL.

There are also general topics such as software project management or legal aspects such as license selection and compatibility. We offer all courses as part of a regular program via the qualification portal, but individual courses can also be booked separately for larger project or working groups.
